Terms of Service

01. SCOPE OF TREATMENT

Dr Traffic LTD provides professional consulting and execution in digital marketing. By engaging with our services, you acknowledge that digital marketing is subject to the algorithms of third-party platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.). The Agency has no direct control over sudden platform shifts but will pivot strategy as a part of the "Treatment" protocol.

02. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Upon full payment of all fees, the "Patient" (Client) owns the final deliverables produced by the Agency. However, the Agency retains the right to use anonymized data and screenshots of growth charts for clinical "Case Studies" to demonstrate efficacy to future clients.

03. AD SPEND & FEES

Agency fees cover the "Surgical Labor" and expertise. Direct Ad Spend (paid to Google/Meta) is the sole responsibility of the Client. The Agency is not liable for fluctuations in ad costs or market bidding rates.

04. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall Dr Traffic LTD be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profit) arising out of the performance or non-performance of digital marketing campaigns.
